When I saw this family I thought wow, such bright eyes and so full of life. These children were so well behaved, and oh so sweet. There to help me the entire time. I had the best time at last weeks newborn photoshoot. Baby Olive is a week old, and such a sweet baby. I never heard her cry, just smiles that melted my heart.

Hi...I know its been awhile but I have been busy. This time of year is fun, busy, and so special to me. I love Christmas. The decorations, the music, and oh the cards!

What I dont like is the drivers. Why do they all think it is ok to cut you off, swerve in your lane and tell you your number one. I think I might get a sign that says Smile, its Christmas! Think that would go over well? :P

Fun day at the Pumpkin Patch

Our annual trip to the local pumpkin patch, Banducci's Pumpkin Patch in Taft, Ca, was better this year, as Grandma Debbie joined us. There were chickens, a sweet baby cow, who looked too young to be without a mommy :9{, and some goaty goats. he he

The second annual Outback fundraiser for the Ronald McDonald House in Bakersfield, CA. On April 24 Outback will be open for lunch and serving will be firefighters from Bakersfield City and Kern County. They were filming an upcoming commercial to be aired on channel 23.

I had a great day with the talented Jose Villa. His workshop was amazing, and his town of Solvang, CA was gorgeous.

I am so happy I got to network with other photographers from CA, TX, Canada, and Mexico. Lets just say we had a lot of fun!

I got an awesome opportunity to shoot our City firefighters in action. Thank you Station #5 for your kind invite and Chief Moore for helping me get in on the action. I was, to say the least, very impressed. Things ran so smoothly and everyone worked together as a team.

Its been a REALLY rough few days. I had to make one of the hardest decision on Friday to let my friend of 18 years go to greener pastures. I haven't stopped seeing his little chin whiskers, kissing his nose and smelling his breath. I miss him so much. It just isnt the same when I go outside. I don't hear that welcome whinny.
